Is There a Trade-Off Between High Protein and Low Protein?

In the long run, I think that the sensitization is going to make things a lot easier. Maybe this is why these women, they probably always had the fairly low protein intake. They were gaining muscle mass very easily, just doing 20 minutes a day of exercise. So potentially, if you're doing a high protein diet to absolutely optimize, say, muscle protein synthesis and hypertrophy today, there could be a trade-off with regards to what your health span is going to look at. But when we look at the 66 and above group, there was no longer any significant difference between the IGF-1 level.
