Breath Control for Borderline Personality Disorder
A true deep breath and breath control requires the belly to pull air down. The diaphragm works its part as well to pull air into the center of your chest. And then the chest itself is doing its work. You must breathe in through your nostrils. This is really important because it releases trace amounts of nitrous oxide. It stimulates nerve cells that exist in your nervous system beneath or behind your sternum near your spine, which triggers the parasympathetic nervous system. So this is a biological phenomenon, guys. No matter how difficult this may seem, it does actually work.
