HD: I've been thinking of inviting you for a long time though, got down to it fairly recently. One of the interesting things you mentioned in your column is that you are the large generation to grow up before the internet and also the first generation to actually grow up with the internet. You know earlier when we were having lunch before this, you were speaking about the importance of finding that quietitude or however you can just sit and not let sensations knock you from thing to thing. Tell me a bit about your growing up years before the internet, like wherever you're born, where did you grow up? HD: It was interesting because I had to kind of learn about the world again,
