So in order to neutralize that like those thought loops that we get stuck in and the anxiety that those thoughts produce, what you do with the guidance of a therapist,. Do not do this on your own. What you do is you purposely slowly building up to it, you purposely expose yourself to whatever it is that you are afraid of. The fear I've been trying to avoid is like the fear that I will do something wrong.
