After burnout, i want to ask about how you sustain a sort of wellness in your own life. The most important thing for me is self acceptance and self compassion. Just i am a human being, no more, no less. I am worthy and and er imp an that i'm a snowflake cotink like everyone else. So i deserve as much as goodness as other people. But i cannot take on the whole world like there's a limit to what i can do.
