What's the Value of a Voice Interface?
I haven't seen that many other deployments of the voice interface side of things, which really surprises me because, you know, obviously voice is harder. And even now, for example, I think I believe that some banks in the UK certainly, they have a lot of their chat bots buried in the app. They're looking for this also kind of within different virtual assistants as well. So we've designed our Web SDK so there's always a microphone there. We're also experimenting with making the microphone kind of more in the forefront and having the keypad be the optional just to get the because when people actually speak to the assistant. Right.
