I think we both know very clearly what each other's super powers are, and when somebody should lead the decision versus the other on values. And i guess in your different realms, you trust each other to go as long as you're adhering to those common values. I take a lot of inspiration from companies like ben and jerry that have been very clear about these are the issues that we stand for. We've made a commitment now a million dollars annually to put towards non profits that aline with our mission.
