Committing to Full Experiential Intensity in the Present Moment

I'm curious about how we commit to What it means to commit to full experiential intensity in this present moment. You know Ways in which you challenge me and I assume also your clients Around um Okay, like give up any hope that like what you most want in life is going to happen or like Stop like that's a classic vajoriana sort of thing Give up all hope of fruition, you know if people grow in long retreats or something Oh, I didn't know that that's very that's good. It's just an invitation to return to immediacy basically instead of projecting aspects of our experience into some fantasized future.
