I'm curious about how we commit to What it means to commit to full experiential intensity in this present moment. You know Ways in which you challenge me and I assume also your clients Around um Okay, like give up any hope that like what you most want in life is going to happen or like Stop like that's a classic vajoriana sort of thing Give up all hope of fruition, you know if people grow in long retreats or something Oh, I didn't know that that's very that's good. It's just an invitation to return to immediacy basically instead of projecting aspects of our experience into some fantasized future.
