How to Negotiate Better Terms With a Lender

I used two different finance brokers. One was purely success fee based and he would not contact the lenders I had already engaged with. He didn't really have any idea about the deal. And no one's going to negotiate the deal as well as you can or as someone who's been actively advising you could do. The lender that I ended up going with was sourced by myself, negotiated by myself, no broker involved.
