How to Lose Weight Faster

I train at 9.30 which means about 10.30 to 11.30 in the morning, sometimes as late as noon is when I eat my first meal. Typical breakfast for me is salmon, lox, eggs, kimchi, sauerkraut. After every weight workout, I go for a walk and that's as simple as he does it. Nothing I just said there is too crazy or too insane and it seems to work. Gosh, I hope that helped.
