How long do you think somebody needs to be in this s t r roll or they're ready to move to an arol? A obviously depends on performance and all the oter stuff. I would say, like for the business, a year. Whic is like ideal. And sure, we move sooner than that. Ah, but like a year to a year and a half, it's probably like the compius for the company.
