Stress Induced Mental Health Issues
Exercise can lower the amount of medication you need to take. Stress induced mental health issues can happen in anybody, even if you've never had a diagnosis before. Cycling three times a week for 30 minutes was enough to buffer against stress induced depression and anxiety.
