I think of it as four elements, what you do for whom, what makes you different and why those differences matter to that audience. And number three would be to ask better questions, ask better questionsBecause the whole pricing thing is very tactical. It doesn't really matter if you have a great pricing process. If you're not asking better and deeper and more follow up questions to get to the heart of what the prospect really cares aboutwhat you're trying to accomplish.
