Getting Range of Motion With Squats
For me, i like to put things in categories of speed. It's my own personal frameworkf how i like to simplify things for client. Someone who's in acute will do very long duration isymmetric holes, or staticals like a plank, for their low back spasm. For someone who's justg generally trying to access their mobility and build strength and ranges of motion, you can't go fast, we lose. But it also is important that everyone's anatomy is still different.
