If you're getting pro if you want protein in the morning and you don't want to think too much about it i really love cliff bar makes what are called builder bars they have 20 grams of protein pick it up they taste great. There's also protein bars that will say 30 grams of protein and hey only two grams of sugar that fence hunter typehey i'm good time out back to lesson number one read the label there  I made this mistake the first three months and it actually took a pilates teacher my sister-in-law actually it was a pilates teachers who happened to see what I was eating before she helped me get on track.
