Is There a Relationship Between Exercise and Our Ability to Focus?
When heart rate is elevated before bed, which can be done with vigorous exercise. Also happens with with when we have anxiety, you know, if we have anxious thoughts just before bed at elevates orrate. And so that form of exercise is really good before bed. But i've also heard that if you push yourself too hard in a work it can actually diminish your ability to focus. That sonsyes, i think he has a hole. He might have a whole podcast about it,.
