How to Write a Letter to Yourself

This week, i decided to try to apply rased to a different relationship. I'm going to see what it would be like to relate to myself differently. To start that, i did what was recommended to me by an article on mindful org titled how to be more compassionate. Practice number one on their list, write a letter to yourself. D out a note book. And i want to write thank you letters to the different parts of myself that are protecting me.
