"I'm here because I want to start something um to you know For veterans to go do this like as a profession," he says. "It's quite the experience, it was it was actually very peaceful and uh, but i realized it's like these people have no they have no way out." He describes being stopped by berm army soldiers who were loading rice into his boat on their way back down the river from checking out one of the refugee camps.
