How does a hunter type build an effective routine yes well first thing is tracking so we mentioned that multiple times but I want to be very specific about what that looks like before bed. If you do that once a day for 30 days just get in the habit of doing it at the time of bed put a reminder on your phone if you have to on your calendar app to pop up and say do tracking this piece along with all the recommendations that I mentioned. This will tell you whether or not like what's working what's not working and it'll give you a map to work from. Just experiment for 30 days try all these out try different things and see what works and see what doesn't work
