Is There a New Perspective on the Concept of Truth?

The act of understanding and articulating the understanding where the other side was coming from is rapidly putting people in different decision-making modes. I've sort of developed a new perspective on the concept of truth mainly after listening to the different news news medias that can take the same story and describe it so radically differently they're almost like no human being knows the truth. The problem isn't that one side is necessarily lying, it's that they're only focusing on the element of the issue that emotionally they agree with right that they can handle. They don't want to look at the part that they can't handle the truth or in psychology we call this confirmation bias.
