What did i hope for in this course? And then, what have been my discoveries? Perhaps delights, perhaps difficulties. Allow that question to drop like a pebble down a well. Allowing your eyes to open, if they've been closed. In one case, somebody discovered the inner critic, and yet somebody said, it's o ka not to like my experience. So a new depth of practice, or sometimes self savotage, some compassion or no action needed right now. Thank you.
