I never really realized how good load management could get until I started down this rabbit hole. And then like, oh, I thought I had it under control, but this is actually way better. Like applying more detail to this is making the solutions more robust. It's yielding better results in terms of progress and reducing number of injuries. But there's nothing I've found yet that we should just like take for like fully for granted.
