Our comfort zone is when things are familiar to the point where we canyou predict them with large degree of accuracy. If we can learn to lean into a change and see that the discomfort that comes with change is just because our brain is saying, hey, this is unfamiliar. I need to see if thereis danger there. And that's what mindfulness helps us do, is to be constantly, constantly curious.
