"I feel like I'm set up to succeed in, I can read 300 words and do a daily action. Like I'm fully capable of doing that," she says. "Reading a 350 word passage and doing one thing a day, that's not too much for anyone." After the pandemic, depression was at epidemic levels before the pandemic. In five months it tripled. And we're going to be mopping this up for decades.
