How Many Times a Week Do You Train?

I lift weights at least five days a week. I do cardio probably four to five times a week. First thing in the morning, it's nothing arduous. I get up and I just do 20 minutes of cardio. I'm starting to do interval training again hit because I've had some surgeries. It does a lot of things beneficial to the body metabolism.
