"We're going to build an accessory luxury brand around, you know, $90, $100 or whatever in the wallet space," he says. "I think I often tell people we're the world's biggest wallet company, but it's like, yeah, we're the biggest minnow." People usually buy a wallet once in their life and when there's a lifetime warranty, your LTV is one wallet. He adds that wallets as a category are ignored by so many people for good reason.
