A sponsor is somebody who will teach you the ways of the mysteries of executive sho what te wit yo is maybe they are already on the executive team, or they're a level down and present to the executive team often. There's only one temperament that actually really kind of enjoys that kind of sparring. And so it does take a conviction around what you feel is the right perspective that we're wanting an executive to take on. It's not easy. But i people that are listening to this have an opportunity to present to executives a sareally big deal. That means they're doing well in their career.
