Abbott: We have to take care of our physical health. Exercise for me has become such a wonderful way to also be free from this stillness that we live in Plum Village. Please dear friends, meditation is not sitting in a temple. Meditation is having moments where you connect to yourself. You allow your mind to have a break. Bring it to to oneness with an action,. walking, sitting mindful breathing, enjoying a cup of tea, enjoying a coffee. These snippet moments can be wonderful habits that we all can curate for ourselves.
