Do You Feel More Anxious When You Don't?
As a child you were told that you r fussy, that you liked things a certain way. So i'm always wanting to appear super laid backs. But then another thing is, say someone sends a message ind a watsep group, and i think it's mean or rude or something, and i react. I feel such anxious response there in that moment for having not been agreeable on people please. And unlike i react how i actually feel inside. Because i guess it's another way of saying, no, no, i don't accept this. That's the thing we're supposed to be doing. It's to trot. To try and not be such a people pleased.
