Is There a Way to Be More Self-Compassionate?
The only thing I would add is that it takes time. This is about increasing the kind of frequency of that behavior over time and not like I'm going to go from being really perfectionistic to really self-compassionate overnight. So when I realized like you slightly different like I walked into a workshop and there was an on perfectionism and then that's for me when the penny dropped.
