Calcium Is Good for Your Teeth and Bones
If you have very little calcium in your diet, in a couple of hundred milligrams per day, you are at higher risk for fracture. Milk is linked to long term risk of prostate cancer. So that there's every reason to not shoot for these really high calcium targets if you're doing it with an unhealthy food.
