If we're trying to maximize hamstrings, go through need kind of some sort of hip extension exercise as well as an reflex exercise. For example, a lot of people look straight to the stiff leg deadlift and go, yeah, that's an amazing hamstring sex size. And I will just hang on a moment because that technically the muscle that has the best leverage in that position is the electromagnetes. You know, it's actually more of an adult to magnetize exercise than most people realize.
