Sometimes I felt like people were so tired of hearing about yeah my my shit and they couldn't hear about it anymore so I would just speak in my voice memos to myself. The Days of Abandonment by Elena Ferrante is a book that was really cathartic for me when I was on tour having days of abandonment and The Body Keeps Score literally as she's going through it. seen by a song and just the sounds in that song and you're freaking going to see I can't fucking wait I don't know I love music obviously but I don't always feel like I easily find an album that feels cathartic to me.
