Can Consumption Delay Glycogen Depletion?

So if the muscle cell has plenty of glycogen available and we're eating, consuming plenty of carbohydrate, it's now in the bloodstream. Is there a preference at that point? Does the muscle tend to like what it already has stored? Does it use them equally? Well, I think generally it's easier for the cell to use the glucose or the glycogen that is stored directly in the cell. So that would, it can be used at much higher rates than blood glucose because with blood glucose, there is a supply issue. But yeah, so the preference I think is always going to be the glycogen That is stored in a muscle and then second would be blood supply.
