What makes a food and identity food for an ethnic group or a region? I mean, piea right? A gumbo, a bagl's right. There are foods that have a particular association with a place - fetisha people. You can't visit this place without eating youno. And tey'll be one of those real longings. But i've run into lots of chinese people who have no idea that they'reechanese,. They believe it to be indigenous.
