The Effects of More Volume on Muscle Mass
When we understand the physiology that no team at crewment is critical, then of course, more volume is not going to make any sense. We'd have a greater amount of oxidative fibers, which would be built more like a runner. Generally speaking, oxidative muscle fibers reach their maximum possible sizes at smaller diameters than more glycolitic fast rich fibers. So yeah, by essentially becoming more oxidative, we are potentially reducing our maximum possible size.
