Three days a week i would like it's funny. You'll be doing basic body buildyng movements. Pushpole, hinge, squat, load a carry with mobility work and you still have the energy to do your squat and press. Spend some time on the forum and ask people other ideas, cause there's a lot of us in our sixties on the forum. Read some of there's a ton of p dfs and articles and books. We have stuffed from probably five or six different authors in our p d fs. And enjoy the voyage, and let's, let's continue the lift and talk for a long time.
