Do you have any kind of down weeks, deal out weeks or do you work on a consistent schedule? Yeah. It's really depending on what is your basic volume in the other weeks. And if I have young athletes who are doing like consistent 23 to 24 hours, then a down week might be 16 to 80 hours.
