The Transition From Sales Leader to Marketing Leader

The biggest change that I had to make was thinking about what the team is doing today that is going to impact results six months from now, a year from now or even longer than that. And there is an element of that as a sales leader too, but I just think there's a little bit of a delta there. In fact, I was just having a conversation with a board member for a company who's saying, hey, you know, we want to do this big launch and get results right away. It could be, but the reality is that that may take quarters or more to pay dividends.
