The Importance of Carbohydrates in Training
I had a hard time eating carbohydrates years ago because for so long, people thought they were such the bad thing to eat. But soon as I had to kind of restructure my mind and say, okay, you know, whole grain breads good. Oh, meals good. Things that I enjoyed as long as it was a good, healthy choice of carbohydrates then I finally felt okay eating them. You might want a quick burning carbohydrate, a high glycemic carbohydrate in the middle of training or right immediately before training, potentially right after training.
