Ryan: Much of what people want is driven by mimetic desire, right? And maybe the person 10 years ago would be really happy with what you've gone so far. How do you reconcile these to an opposition at all? Ryan: It's a really tricky question because the bar is always changing. I have different things that I'm optimizing for now than I was 10 years ago.
