Is There a Difference Between Internal and Inner Focus?
The idea to be aware of what's happening inside me, how i meen to deal with it. What i need to control, what i need to pause on, and so on. Do you feel that the same tools we have to pay attention mindful attention to things outside us, are the same tools that we can use to pay basical inner focus? I don't think anybody knows for sure, but i think that each is a way to cultivate or a better ability to focus. A deliberate attention takes a little bit of will power.
