Ike: I was like, frozen food is terrible. It's got to be fresh. You now, ithink that's like a very pervasive idea too,. Like, fresh food is best and anything frozen is worse. Can you talk a little bit about what is, what is happening on that molecular level? Ike: What is the freezer sort of a miracle thing relative to just the refrigerator? And is that idea if sort of fresh is always better true? Well, so freezing food at the source is a great thing. Except for like a week, frozen peas beat the ones in the store, to tell you the truth.
