It's basically a concentration of the antibody using this IP methodology. It's not specific for nephron because it could be that the nephron is bound to another protein. So what we did is we made our own recombinant nephron extracellular domain. And we used just that and did the same thing with that. And that showed the same band. So that basically confirmed that it's directly binding to nephron and not to another binding partner of nephron.
