Is There a Difference Between Preference Testing and Concept Testing?

We're not trying to just build something that people prefer because we're building that without any knowledge. So try and stay away from preference testing as much as you can. If we base things off of pain points and goals and needs and how people are responding to that in that sense, then we're building the right things. Right.
