People listening, you can do that. You don't have to be at a gym because now we're talking about just there are plenty of body weight things you can do. And even if you're pretty fit, you can find some progressions of different body weight exercises that are actually kind of difficult. If you could only do body weight stuff? Probably not, but could you maintain your muscle? Yes. Could you maintain a lot of your strength? Probably, especially if you could add some bands, which again, inexpensive, you can have them just in your house.
