I've just got four reasons why I think cycling clients isn't a terrible thing and you shouldn't resist it. You can manage that transition faster moving from the kind of firm you are now to the type of firm you want to be if you view it as a process that depends on doing it one client at a time. If you're hanging on to your clients for dear life, that renewal process is going to be slower. My philosophy is that growth is the neutral concept.
