Crystal's Life Is Like a Video Game

Crystal says she was thinking about downgrading her card or closing it sometime soon. She wanted to experience the Dallas Drew lounge before retiring and getting a different travel card. Crystal: "I think capital one lounges is supposed to be kind of similar, a little more like super nice luxurious"
