The Importance of a Short Workout
I did a workout on Monday that I think encapsulates this really well, that myself, I'm pleased everybody watching are listening. Most of the things that I say on this show, I have been guilty on the other side of the misunderstanding or not figuring out why it worked. Now, every day isn't a five minute workout that I do for sure, but you get to allow yourself those every now and then. It's an easy mindset to start allowing a little bit of kind of momentum creep in the right direction.
