The expectation is got to be something that management has to buy into and say in order to perform a proper training it's going to take X amount of dedicated hours or minutes. One of the first things out of our mouth is can your team commit to two full days of training or whatever it takes for that training. We have that discussion with the manager ahead of time to get that buy-in now does that always happen?
